Aishwarya Lakshmi Priya, popularly known as Sri Lakshmi, is an Indian actress who is known for her comic roles in Telugu films. [1] She has also appeared in Tamil films. More than 500 films to her credit, [2] she later turned her attention towards television serials. [3] Lakshmi has received four Nandi Awards for Best Female Comedian.

Shakeela started appearing in family character roles in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada language movies since 2003. She wrote her autobiography in Malayalam, [ 9 ] which covered her family, her background, as well as her acquaintance with notable film personalities, politicians and childhood friends.
