Germantown is located primarily in eastern Bracken County and extends into western Mason County. Kentucky Route 10 passes through the center of town, leading east (via Kentucky Route 9) 13 miles (21 km) to Maysville on the Ohio River, and west 6 miles (10 km) to Brooksville, the Bracken County seat.
In Perryville, the route runs concurrently with US 68 for less than two blocks. KY 52 also begins to run concurrently with US 150. In Danville, US 150 and KY 52 intersect US 127 Byp./US 150 Byp. (Danville Bypass). As both routes approach downtown, KY 34 and later US 127 briefly join in. After leaving downtown, KY 52 leaves US 150.
Kentucky Route 9 is a 116.285-mile-long (187.143 km) state highway maintained by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway extends from Grayson to Newport (a city in Kentucky across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, Ohio), roughly paralleling the Ohio River between Vanceburg and Newport.
