Michael Bonacini (born March 1, 1960) is a Welsh-Canadian chef of Italian family origins who owns eleven restaurants (including Jump, Canoe, Luma, and Bannock) in Toronto, Ontario, and is a co-founder of Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants.
