Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation Help. I'm trying to apply for a license in massage therapy in Texas (I've worked two years previously in Minnesota). TDLR is extremely frustrating to work with and I constantly need to contact them for help, but none of my emails are responded to, calling them directly leads to being put on hold for ...
To obtain your A/C contractor's license in Texas, start by checking the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) website for specific requirements and exam details. Look for the candidate information bulletin outlining the exam content. Consider acquiring recommended reference books, often listed on the TDLR website, and study them ...
My previous school district in Texas ran a background check through a third party. I went in and was fingerprinted after getting hired. As others have said, it’s federal and state. This is required and standard for employers whose employees work with minors. 26 votes, 25 comments.
A subreddit for news and discussion about the state of Georgia in the Southeastern United States. The Professional Licensing Board in Macon is as bad as it gets. Hey everybody. I haven’t really seen much talk about this department/what people deal with from them, so I need to put pen to paper. Long winded rant incoming, hope y’all understand.
This was a FINRA background check. So yes, it is possible it will go back 10 years. The hiring manager i was talking to through it had a charge from 1981 come up on his. That was in 2018. 37 years later. My understanding is, if stuff comes up, you are given the opportunity to give explanation.
The Texas DPS website is really bad on making it clear what kind of class (if any) I need to take to get the license. My research seems to point towards an "Alarm level 1" course. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
Rude too. Take all paperwork with you. Birth certificates, passport, marriage license or divorce papers, rent and utility bills. Heck take your dogs immunization papers. I had to go back and forth three time when I moved back to Texas. I still got the wrong name on my license. 😳.
Proof of registration is the sticker you display and/or a piece of paper, and will probably say something like "this is your proof of registration" (I'm not at home otherwise I'd check my own for exact verbiage). If you have a payment receipt that cannot be used as proof of registration, it will say that, too.
r/PharmacyResidency. A place to share about interviews during the first part of the year, discuss projects, or anything else pharmacy residency. PGY1, PGY2, and beyond accepted! •. Dapper_Bluejay1533. Texas licensing. I'm applying for licensing in Texas through reciprocity.
My biggest advice is to start the process WAY in advance. In Texas, CFs are required to have an intern license, which needs to go through the application/approval process and can take weeks. Best of luck! She will need to have a job lined up and supervisor before she can get her license.
