Jasiński was born in Włocławek to Władysław and Maria Jasiński (née Wiśniewska). [1] After completing secondary school, he attended the diocesan seminary there, where he studied theology and philosophy. [2] He was ordained a priest on 13 October 1895 by Aleksander Kazimierz Bereśniewicz, bishop of Włocławek.
