U.S. Route 377 (US 377) is a 478-mile-long (769 km) north–south United States highway. Originally formed as a short spur to connect Denton, Texas with Fort Worth, Texas , it has since been extended to Oklahoma and Mexico .
It runs from US 377 west of Granbury to Bus. US 377 east of Granbury. Loop 567 was designated on November 25, 1986, from US 377 west of Granbury northeast to FM 51 north of town. On May 25, 2000, by district request, the road was extended 2.25 miles (3.62 km) east and south to Bus. US 377.

The highway has a short overlap with FM 2169 near the Texas Tech University Junction Center. The highway travels through rural areas and hilly terrain before ending at an interchange with I-10 / US 83.
