Olesya Yurivna Rulina [1] (Russian: Oлeся Юрьевна Pулина; born March 17, 1986) is a Russian-American actress. She is best known for co-starring in all three films of the High School Musical franchise as Kelsi Nielsen .
Kelsi receives a scholarship to the Juilliard School, where she will study music. Kelsi is portrayed by Olesya Rulin in the first three films of the series.
