Improved a little after starting renal diet (9/18 Crea 1.96, GFR 25)...I go back 12/26 so I’m praying my diet changes will at least hold me at this level....my NA, K, P, Glucose & calcium were all within boundaries. Most were right in middle...dang Creatinine and GFR my issues.

High creatinine to low back to high. I was diagnosed with high Creatinine levels about 10 yrs ago. it started at 1.4 and bounced from 1.4 to 1.9 to even 2.3 at one time. Last year it dropped all the way down to 1.09 for a few months it was good then back to 1.4 back to 2.1, last time I got it checked it was 1.8.

I use to take metoprolol long time back, never had potassium issues, most likely it is the diet ..check with your Dr, but here what I know of potassium % in some of the vegetable, as I had hyperkalemia prior to my kidney transplant - btw: Daily RDA for K is around 3200 - 3500 mg. 1 Reaction.
