Seed: 5567018243398557100. Spawn in a decent sized seaside village in plains biome. There is an easy shipwreck just to the north of the village. There is a seaside Woodland Mansion 2000 blocks away; would make a great base. Mesa and Jungle biomes are close by and there is a large Ice Spikes biome about 3000 blocks south of spawn.

That's why I took it upon myself to search through several seeds and used the mansion locator to quickly find mansions. It did take awhile but I eventually did find one and I'm honestly quite shocked that this room truly existed. If you'd like to see for yourself, the seed is 550349169. This mod is a year out of date (1.20.1 Java), but it is still a useful tool for what I am doing. I am still able to put the seed into Minecraft 1.21 to generate a world and use 1.21 seed finding websites to see where trial chambers interest other structures and caves. One note on this video is it does not mention dependencies and installation.
