20 big large ones in this case means $20,000. To be more specific, it's slang for saying $20,000. For example in the UK, instead of saying £10,000 (pounds) - which is perfectly correct - you can say 10,000 quid. In the film apparently, the bookie tells him that the stakes are at 50 - 1 and the guy puts down 20 big large ones which is $20,000.

Anonymous. Twain MS has been great for my child with ADHD. It is a center MS so has AAP classes. My ADHD DD is 2e. I don't know this to be true but it is rumored that the principal's son has ADHD. Whether his son does or not, the principal is excellent and very open to the needs of students, including ADHD students.
