1. go to options, change difficulty. 2. anything other than survival will enable the console in legit way. 3. use your console, fix your problems. 4. cgf "Game.IncrementStat" "Survival Denied" -1. 5. go to options and turn survival back on (after using the command above) I've read about this solution somewhere else.
Preface. The first shortcoming of most builds in Survival is that most builds focus on min/maxing certain abilities, going for "perfect stealth" or "perfect melee". Survival is not about being the best at any one thing, its about being good enough at everything for any situation. The second shortcoming of most builds is how they handle the new ...
Lvl 2. Medic: On any difficulty other than survival this perk is trash, but on survival its gold because healing speed is reduced by a lot the last rank of this perk makes life so much easier, get it when you need it. Lvl 3. Gun nut: Mandatory on any build but melee/unarmed builds period. Lvl 4.
Or disable survival mode, do your commands, then use the following command: cgf "Game.IncrementStat" "Survival Denied" -1. And you should be able to enable survival mode again. it won't be easy to get there on survival, but it would be the place to go. Build Big and elaborate if you want. Spectacle Island. (There is a FatMat launcher on the tugboat there which supplies power to the tower at the workshop station). A good bug-smasher for that Mirelurk Queen that'll spawn when you turn on the power at the tug boat.
