  2. Ok, can someone spoil *that* scene from Bone Tomahawk? : r/horror...

Then they lift him upside down and just start hacking into his groin area. The muffled sounds of the sharpened bone tomahawk slicing through the soft flesh and bones, along with the bloodcurdling screams of the victim of unimaginable pain is just bonechilling. And it doesn't let up either. Cutting through the bone, the guts and eventually ...

ScaryNinjaReconGuy. ADMIN MOD. Bone Tomahawk (2015) .."That" Scene.. First off, if you haven't seen this movie..I'm glad you can still visit caves without a shotgun. But if you're like the rest of us who have seen "that of which cannot be unseen", or, in plain English, Deputy Nick's role as the human wishbone in Bone Tomahawk, you know what I'm ...

  4. Bone Tomahawk - That scene. Christ. : r/horror - Reddit

The scene in Terrifier is the perfect example of that kind of sequence done wrong. That scene is just gore for the sake of gore that's infamous for how "extreme" it is and nothing more. Bone Tomahawk on the other hand packs a genuine emotional wallop because the filmmakers manage to make the viewer actually care about the characters.

  5. I just realized something about "that scene" in Bone Tomahawk!

Men make up the majority of horror fans so it makes sense but to be fair the saw scene in Terrifier (which involves a woman) usually gets brought up alongside Bone Tomahawk in terms of extremely graphic scenes. In the upcoming sequel there’s a scene where Art kills a woman in a way based on what Jack the Ripper did to his final victim so I ...

Bone tomahawk This movie imo was a slow-burn and felt very long. However, the one death scene in this movie was enough to make the film standout and take a spot in my top 10 horror films.

The film “Bone Tomahawk” is incredibly well made. 80% of the film shows little to no violence but the final part of the film is exceptionally brutal. This scene here shows the first attack that the party receives and there is no room for heroic escapes

The only other death scene I can think of that's that gruesome was when pyramid head ripped that girls skin off in Silent Hill. That scarred me. Bone Tomahawk was a little slow at some parts, could have used a larger cast and spent more time fighting the enemy than just showing them traveling there 75% of the film.

  9. What death scene in a movie sticks out to you the most : r/movies...

    www.reddit.com/r/movies/comments/hq6e98/what_death_scene...

What death scene in a movie sticks out to you the most. My answer is this brutal as fuck death in 'Bone Tomahawk'. If you haven't seen the film yet then stop reading right now and go watch this film. This great western horror film was quite the surprise, but what was more surprising was this brutal as fuck in your face death scene.

  10. The ending of Bone Tomahawk : r/horror - Reddit

The ending of Bone Tomahawk. I just watched Bone Tomahawk, it’s really good, I was scared seeing the 130 minute runtime but it moved at a good pace. The third act was disappointing imo, I expected the rescue party to go into the mountain, see how the cannibals lived, duke it out there. But instead it was just a room (why would they keep their ...
