Thanks for the suggestions. I will try to add more features to seed finder but mcseedmap runs in the browser and that makes speed a major limiting factor, so don't expect anything complex. Searching for structures relative to other structures will probably work.

Just press Alt and F4 and Minecraft should close Open up the world again nd you should have twice as many diamonds (2,4,8,16 etc.) WAY 3 3. This way is not guaranteed to work...
It points at a diamond closest to your spawn. (Doesn't point up or down. It just points like a compass) It won't change which diamond till you get it. It also will work like a compass, so you can't place it anywhere and it doesn't break.

So, I was playing on a server and someone told me about an easy way to find diamond. I tried, it worked for me. Here are the instructions: Make a 20 by 20 room in level 16 or lower. Hollow it out, there is a 75% chance you will find diamond in the room, although you will find redstone a lot.
So I added in Diamond Finder (Both in the mod folder as well as via Magic Launcher.), but it always errors. (It seems Diamond Finder doesn't want to load.) So I need help.

Take your standard compass into your hand and USE it to swap between Settings. Each setting can feature different needles, pointing at awesome things like diamonds, Strongholds, the nearest Mob Spawner ...
