Henry County is a county located in the U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2020 census, the population was 27,662. [1] Its county seat is Napoleon. [2] The county was created in 1820 and later organized in 1834. [3] It is named for American Founding Father Patrick Henry, the Virginian famous for his "give me liberty, or give me death!" speech.
