Indian Creek is an at-grade subway station in unincorporated DeKalb County, Georgia, the eastern terminus of the Blue Line of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) rail system. It has an island platform with one track on each side of the platform. This station opened in June 1993.

December 12, 1992 – The Bankhead Station/Proctor Creek Line went into service. December 29, 1992 – The Doraville Station opens and becomes the northern terminus of the Northeast Line. June 26, 1993 – MARTA extended East Line services through Kensington to Indian Creek Station – the first time the rail line went beyond the I-285 perimeter.
The following year, on June 26, 1993, Kensington and Indian Creek stations on the East Line opened. [1] This was the first time MARTA rail extended beyond Interstate 285. [4] In 2009, MARTA introduced a color-coded system of naming for its rail lines. [5] As a result, the former East-West Line became the Blue Line. [6]

On March 25, 2024, Andre Dickens, the mayor of Atlanta, announced plans for four new infill stations on the MARTA rail network. [11] On April 11, Dickens announced that two of those stations will be on the Green Line: namely, Joseph E. Boone (located between Bankhead and Ashby) and Krog Street/Hulsey Yard, located on the Blue/Green Line's shared section.

In June 1993, the Kensington and Indian Creek stations opened, which also marked the first time MARTA rail service went outside I-285. The West Line opened between Hightower (now Hamilton E. Holmes) and Five Points stations, on December 22, 1979. On December 12, 1992, the Proctor Creek Branch and Bankhead Station opened.
