Four people died and 10 others were injured after a major rollover crash on U.S. Highway 287 in Wise County, Texas, Wednesday morning, officials said.
No other injuries were reported in the crash, which occurred at U.S. 75 and Stacy Road in Allen, north of Dallas. The name of the driver who died has not been released by authorities.
The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Clenard Parker, from Chappell Hill, Texas. Investigators discovered that Parker had visited the office the day before the attack, where he attempted to get his commercial driver's license renewed, but was denied. According to a relative, Parker used to drive semi-trailer trucks.
