Dennis "Delta" Garcia Pineda (born May 6, 1974) is a Filipino politician, basketball head coach and businessman from the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. He currently serves as the 33rd Governor of Pampanga. [1] He was a former Vice Governor of the province in the past years, and he was elected in 2019 as the 33rd Governor of the province.

In 1919 he was elected to the House of Representatives for the 1st District of Pampanga. [8] David Angeles became acting governor of Pampanga at the age of 27 when Honorio Ventura was appointed as Secretary of the Interior, being the number one board member. He was elected as governor in 1931 and was re-elected in 1934. [8]
The school was renamed Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trades (DHVCAT) in 1978 and was converted to a university and renamed Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVTSU) in 2009.
