Jose R(ebuenog) Lifoifoi Sr. (1936–2020) was a politician in the CNMI government serving in the Legislature. Before this he work in the Trust Territory government. He started in 1962 in the office of Procurement and Supply. In the Legislature he was the fifth speaker of the House of Representatives.
