The Alberta Football League (AFL) is an amateur Canadian football league. The league's schedule runs from the start of June through to the end of September. For the 2023 season the league had six teams. They are: Airdrie Irish, Calgary Wolfpack, Central Alberta Buccaneers, Cold Lake Fighter Jets, Edmonton Elite and Peace Country Cowboys.
