The Daily World is a daily newspaper in Aberdeen, Washington, United States. Serving Grays Harbor County and northern Pacific County since 1889, The Daily World is the only daily newspaper on the coast of Washington state. As of 2013, its publisher was Bill Crawford, its editor was Doug Barker, and its circulation was 14,100.
In 2003 both the Linton Daily Citizen and the neighboring Bloomfield Evening World were purchased by Rust Communications. The newspapers were merged to become The Daily World in January 2006. In January 2007 this was renamed the Greene County Daily World. In June 2024, Rust sold the newspaper to Paxton Media Group. [1]
