Arena of Stars is a 45,000 square feet (4,200 m 2) musical amphitheater in Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia, built in 1998. The hall has a capacity of about 6,000 seats. [ 1 ] It is also known for its famous national and international lion dance and dragon dance competitions.
Prior to its first concert, the arena hosted the 2009 Horse of the Year show. [9] In 2011, the venue became the tenth-busiest arena in the world [10] and was ranked 13th-busiest in 2014. [11] It was announced in November 2014 that as part of a sponsorship deal with the casino group, the arena would be renamed the Genting Arena from 6 January 2015.
