Same, honestly. Back in the Sims 3, I made such couples travel to the future in order to get a child via genetic engineering. It's a principle of the thing. There used to be a mod for the Sims 4 (Aren Sims genetic transfusion) that I used, but it doesn't work anymore, so this newest functionality is my hope now. As long as it actually works.

This could also depend on traits, like Good sims tend to reject flirting from a married sim, while evil sims tend to accept it. Maybe have special moodlets depending on the situation and traits. Moodlets like "Cheated on with best friend" or (if you have wedding stories) "Cheated on with sim of honor" "Cheated on with marriage officiant".
