It is one of the largest universities by enrollment in the United States, with nearly 50,000 undergraduate students and nearly 15,000 graduate students.
The OSU main campus can control student enrollment with its admissions policy, but Newark campus cannot. The enrollment this year was 2,422. In the fall, it could be a little higher, MacDonald said.
