The University of the Immaculate Conception (Filipino: Pamantasang Imaculada Conception), also referred to by its acronym UIC, is a private Catholic basic and higher education institution administered by the Religious of the Virgin Mary in Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines. The university began in 1905 as Escuela Catolica de San Pedro.

The school name is written on the upper part of the seal and written below is Davao City, the locale of the school and 1949, the year the school was established. This logo is literally the same as every RVM Schools UIC, St. Mary's it just changes the school name and the location of course.

The post-war years saw expansion to the whole of the Philippine archipelago. In 1948 they opened a college on their school campus in Davao City, which has grown into the University of the Immaculate Conception. [5] In 1963 the congregation numbered 483 professed Sisters, 40 novices, and 9 postulants.
