The Old Cape Henry Light, completed in 1792, was the first federal construction project under the United States Constitution. Great Neck Point is a point of land and neighborhood in Virginia Beach, Virginia on the Lynnhaven River. It is home to the Adam Keeling House and the Keeling family cemetery. Before the area was settled by the English colonists, Chesepioc was located at Great Neck Point.
