Layton (/ˈleɪʔɪn/) is a city in Davis County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Ogden-Clearfield Metropolitan Statistical Area . As of the 2020 census , the city had a population of 81,773, [ 4 ] with 2022 Census Bureau estimates showing an increase to 82,601.
In the city, the population was spread out, with 36.7% under the age of 18, 9.6% from 18 to 24, 24.4% from 25 to 44, 18.1% from 45 to 64, and 11.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 30 years.
Bountiful is a city in Davis County, Utah.As of the 2020 census, the city population was 45,762, an eight percent increase over the 2010 figure of 42,552. [3] The city grew rapidly during the suburb growth of the late 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s and was Davis County's largest city until 1985, when it was surpassed by Layton.
