Green Brook Township is a township in Somerset County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.It is centrally located within the Raritan Valley region.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 7,281, [9] [10] an increase of 78 (+1.1%) from the 2010 census count of 7,203, [19] [20] which in turn reflected an increase of 1,549 (+27.4%) from the 5,654 counted in the 2000 census.
