Cambria Township is located in the center of Cambria County at 40.515887,-78.744507, [4] 23 miles (37 km) northeast of Johnstown and 25 miles (40 km) west of Altoona. U.S. Route 22 crosses the township from east to west, U.S. Route 219 crosses it from north to south, and U.S. Route 422 leads west from Ebensburg across the western portion of the township.
Gallitzin Township is a township in Cambria County, Pennsylvania, United States. The township nearly surrounds, but is a separate entity from, Gallitzin borough. As of the 2010 census, the township population was 1,324. [3] It is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Chest Township is located along the northern edge of Cambria County at 40.515887,-78.744507. [3] It is bordered to the north by Clearfield County. The borough of Patton touches the southwestern corner of the township. Chest Creek, a northward-flowing tributary of the West Branch Susquehanna River, forms the western boundary of the township.
