The Mid-Hudson Library System (MHLS) is a public library system in the Hudson Valley of New York. It was established in 1959 by the State of New York. [1] MHLS comprises libraries in five counties: Columbia County, Dutchess County, Greene County, Putnam County and Ulster County. The System's headquarters is in the city of Poughkeepsie.
