Oliver W. Miller III [1] (born March 21, 1970 – October 22, 2004) was an American professional stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Winston Modified Tour from 1993 to 2001. He is best known for winning the final Modified Tour race at Riverside Park Speedway in 1999 before the tracks closure.
