The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCT&AN), generally known as the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), is a multi-location public hospitality school in India. IHM is established by the Ministry of Tourism of the Government of India. It is also under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Tourism.
The hotel opened in 1990, managed by Holiday Inn as the Holiday Inn on King. [1] It was designed by architectural firm Darling & Downey and constructed by EllisDon. [2] On March 3, 2009, following renovations, the hotel reopened under the Hyatt Regency brand as the Hyatt Regency Toronto.
