Star Trek: New Voyages, known from 2008 until 2015 as Star Trek: Phase II, is a fan-created science fiction webseries set in the fictional Star Trek universe. The series was designed as a continuation of the original Star Trek (aka ST:TOS or just TOS), beginning in the fifth and final year of the starship Enterprise's "five-year mission."

David Gautreaux (born June 28, 1951) is an American stage, television and film actor, perhaps best known for work he never did – the role of Vulcan science officer Xon in the proposed Star Trek: Phase II television series. When the series was aborted, he was given the role of Commander Branch in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. [1]
