K. L. N. Prasad (1928–1987) was an Indian politician. He was a Member of Parliament representing Andhra Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha the upper house of India's Parliament as member of the Indian National Congress .
It was founded by K. L. N. Prasad, an Industrialist on 1 July 1960. [ 2 ] [ 3 ] [ 4 ] It is also one of the oldest running Telugu language daily newspapers. It was taken over by Vemuri Radha Krishna , also known as R. K. in 2002 who also works as the Managing Director.
