Nancy Elizabeth Stafford (born June 5, 1954) is an American actress, speaker and author, known for her roles on television. She came to prominence in the 1980s as Michelle Thomas, law partner, on five seasons of Matlock.

She was known for her roles as Justine Phillips on the NBC sitcom The Cosby Show (1988–1990), as Myra Monkhouse on the ABC/CBS sitcom Family Matters (1993–1998), and as Callie Rogers on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless (1998) until her untimely death from cancer.
