Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute (also called VCI by students and staff) is a small, English high school operated by the Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) in the heart Town of Vankleek Hill, Ontario, Canada. It provides both academic and vocational programs to about 450 students (2008–09).
The township comprises the communities of Aberdeen, Cassburn, Green Lane, Happy Hollow, Henrys Corners, L'Ange-Gardien, L'Orignal, Pleasant Corners, Ritchance, Riviera Estate, Sandy Hill, Springhill, Vankleek Hill, Vankleek Hill Station, Village Lanthier, and St. Eugene. Tweed was born in Vankleek Hill, Ontario in 1886, while his paternal grandparents had come to Canada from County Antrim. In 1888, the Tweed family moved to Winnipeg, where Sydney attended high school until the age of 15. After leaving school in 1891, he joined the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and remained with the company until 1901.

Andrew Allen (born August 2, 1976) is a Canadian ice hockey goaltender coach and pro scout.He is currently a pro scout for the Seattle Kraken. [1] Previously, he was the goaltending coach for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League from 2015 to 2019 after serving in the same position for the Japan men's national ice hockey team from 2006 to 2011.
