    This number is working as of today. However the automatic message that is given before entering any information clearly states that any information that might be given is for NON tax debts and if you are inquiring about a TAX debt that might offset your tax refund you have to call IRS so this thread is helpful but is doesn't answer the question concerning TAX debt offsets.

TurboTax fees plus the additional processing fee is deducted from your Federal Tax refund. It could be due to a refund offset.

    No, unfortunately, there is no way of knowing the exact amount of the refund until it is actually released by the IRS. If you called the FMS (1-800-304-3107) and it does not have an offset on record for you, the TT 203 may just be a mistake.
