Fred Trammell Crow (June 10, 1914 – January 14, 2009) was an American real estate developer from Dallas, Texas. He is credited with the creation of several major real estate projects, including the Dallas Market Center , Peachtree Center in Atlanta , Georgia, and the Embarcadero Center in San Francisco , California.
The company was founded by Trammell Crow in 1948. [2] In June 2006, the company announced that it would be acquired by CBRE Group. [3] In 2010, the company moved its headquarters from Trammell Crow Center to 2100 McKinney Ave. [4]

From 1986 until 2008 Terwilliger was the CEO of Trammell Crow Residential, the largest developer of multi-family housing in the United States. [citation needed]. The project would re-develop 15.6 acres (63,000 m 2) with 600,000 square feet (56,000 m 2) of commercial space and nearly 1500 residential units in three high-rise towers. The project was awarded to Trammell Crow Company and High Street Residential by the Los Angeles Metro board.
