The following is the chart of the International Phonetic Alphabet, a standardized system of phonetic symbols devised and maintained by the International Phonetic Association. It is not a complete list of all possible speech sounds in the world's languages, only those about which stand-alone articles exist in this encyclopedia.

In music, the Phrygian dominant scale (or the Phrygian ♮3 scale) is the actual fifth mode of the harmonic minor scale, the fifth being the dominant. [1] It is also called the harmonic dominant , altered Phrygian scale , dominant flat 2 flat 6 (in jazz), or Freygish scale (also spelled Fraigish [ 2 ] ).
