[2] It opened in 1983. [3] After years of declining traffic, the mall closed in late 2013. [4] Then most stores moved to Williamsburg Premium Outlets. [5]

It was built in 1988 [4] by McArthur/Glen Group of Washington, D.C. [5] The shopping center has 135 stores, and it is owned and operated by the Simon Property Group.
