According to police officials, the paper leak gang allegedly charged ₹ 30 lakh (US$35,000) to ₹ 50 lakh (US$58,000) from several candidates, providing them with the question papers, claimed to be those of NEET-UG, a day prior for memorization. The police have arrested several suspects in connection with the paper leak.
