Following the success of their 2009 children's album, Here Comes Science , the band returned to their adult audience with Join Us , an eclectic collection of 18 songs.
"Join with Us" is the fourth and final single taken from The Feeling's second album of the same name and was released on 15 September 2008. It was revealed on Capital Radio that the band's 24-hour challenge on 9 July was to film the video in one day.
The title track "Bite Back" was written by Lexie Liu, Alina Smith, and Femke Weidema. It is a dance song incorporating synth, trap and video game sound effects. The dance of the song is called the "Sweet Bite Dance", and was choreographed by Kiel Tutin. The lyrics of the song concern challenging one's past self. [4]
