    My question concerns AOL. I don't like seeing the 6 months AOL included icon on the desktop and I want to delete it, but I’m not allowed to drag it to the recycle bin.     Type in AOL on the top there. Start the find. Once it stops on the first AOL value, right click and delete it. Then hit F3 and it will go the next value for AOL. Do the same and delete it. Keep doing this over and over until it says registry search is done. But be aware to hit the F3 first to find the next value.

    If you installed AOL 9 and said yes to everything then you probably installed this Internet Security. Now you have two running on your system and your system will just creep along.     I've had AOL 7.0 and 8.0 sitting on my computer for almost a year now and i cancelled aol months ago. When i go to add or remove programs and click the AOL uninstaller, it runs and goes to the first step where it says its checking for older versions of America Online, then it just stops responding. This happens every time. Why does this happen?
