It has direct bus services to and from many cities and towns in Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore and Hat Yai in Thailand. This T-shaped terminal has three levels and about 50 bus bays.

This services was renamed to Vaccinated Travel Bus Service (VTBS) on 1 April 2022 in line with the reopening of the Singapore-Malaysia Land Border for vaccinated travellers.
