the refrigerated carton soymilks are more expensive than the cow milk here in california, however the non-refrigerated boxed cartons of soy and other plant milks are cheaper than cow milk. i get a 1 quart carton of rice milk (seeds of change) for around $1.50-$1.70, a quart of cow milk in the same store is about $2-$2.25.
