Hi. For 2 days now when I log into BT.com I have a message in red saying Sorry we are unable to fetch the requested information. When I then go into Parental Controls to remove a few news websites I previously blocked all looks okay but when I try and go into these websites I am told they are still being blocked by BT.

Re: BT Sport login. OK, I'm going to need to know what you're typing in then. The box is intended to accept an email address, so it won't be the @ causing the issue. I've tried everything I can think of and I can't get it to reject what I enter. I've tried the BT ID that you're logged into these forums with, and it works fine.
Re: BT Login access denied. As explained in message 4, username for MyBT needs to be in the format of an email address and has been the case for a number of years. Clearly the period of grace allowing a non email string has expired. Probably not a good idea posting your username on a public forum. 0 Ratings.
Re: Webmail login As @gg30340 mentions in their post about using the app, I've always just used BT Email app on mobile devices, no hassles and works fine with multiple email addresses, easily switch between each one without having to log in and out all the time.
