The killing of Burt Gervasi. Something that always bothers me. At the beginning of "The Blue Comet", Silvio kills Burt Gervasi. Later we learn that he did it because Burt had approached him (and other members of the family) pitching a possible negotiation with New York. But then a bunch of strange things happen.
