Richard Duane Goddard [2] (February 24, 1931 – August 4, 2020) was an American television meteorologist, author, cartoonist, and animal activist.. From 1966 until his retirement in 2016, he was the evening meteorologist at WJW-TV in Cleveland, Ohio.
André M. Bernier (born May 22, 1959) is an American meteorologist, formerly serving as the Cleveland-based WJW-TV's weekday evening meteorologist. He won two Emmy awards [1] for his weathercasts and has been at the station since February 1988, [2] when Cleveland's very first full-length local morning newscast began.

Born in Tallmadge, Ohio in 1972, Bettes attended local schools when growing up. He graduated with a B.S. in atmospheric sciences from Ohio State University (OSU). He worked as chief meteorologist for WLOS in Asheville, North Carolina, and as weekend meteorologist at WSYX/WTTE in Columbus, Ohio and WKEF/WRGT in Dayton, Ohio.
From 1996 to 2005, Delkus was the chief meteorologist at WCPO-TV, the ABC affiliate in Cincinnati, Ohio.
