Army School of Logistics is located at Clappenburg, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Established on 9 May 2011, to provide academic and training programs in logistics science and management science for both Commissioned Officer and Non Commissioned Officers .
The KDU is the only public university in Sri Lanka offering Bachelor of Science in Degrees in Marine Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering. At the end of the three years of education and training, the successful students are awarded the National Diploma in Technology with an Ordinary, Credit or Distinction pass, as per the performance criteria approved by the university.
