Since April 2018, a new show called The National Lottery Lotto Results has aired on ITV on Wednesday and Saturday nights during commercial breaks. Presented by Stephen Mulhern, the show features that night's winning Lotto numbers, and spotlights a National Lottery-funded location. The actual Lotto draw itself is not broadcast, and remains online.
The first number was drawn between 1-99 and as each number was drawn, it would be removed from the set and not drawn again. £10 was won for matching the first number. The second number was drawn between 1-20 and matching the first two numbers won £50. The third number was drawn between 21-50 and matching the first three numbers won £1,000.
The programme also included the Saturday night Thunderball, Lotto, Lotto Extra, and its replacement; Dream Number draws. Originally, from series 1 to 5, Winton himself presided over the Lottery draws live. From series 6 onwards, a different presenter at "Lottery HQ" conducted the live draws.

Each episode featured the National Lottery Dream Number taking place live from Lottery HQ, and its results formed part of the end game where the contestants made the high, low or same number guesses to gain control of choosing a subject. The Thunderball and Lotto draws took place in a separate live broadcast later in the evening during this series.
