A sequel titled '''''De De Pyaar De 2''''' is in production in June 2024, with a release set for 14 November 2025 starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan and Rakul Preet Singh. Devgn and Singh will be reprising their roles from the previous film with Madhavan's introduction to the sequel. The film is being directed by Anshul Sharma, replacing Akiv Ali.
